TNT Black Dye Enamel Badge

Designed by Joe Botcherby these lovely little badges turned out lovely. The design was in black and white, the design wouldn't really work with black and white enamel, due to required die lines and the restrictions. We used Black Dye plating for the black, so the black area is actually black metal, much the same if it was a gold or silver colour replacing white in a design. The white is then enamel injected into the wells. We also added an epoxy layer for extra gloss and protection. We love this little soft enamel badge.
