Promotion Overview
- The "12 Deals of Christmas" promotion is hosted by Made by Cooper ("we," "us," "our") and offers 12 festive deals, each available for two days only. The promotion runs from 1st December 2024 to 24th December 2024, with new deals announced every two days.
Eligibility
- This promotion is open to customers worldwide.
- Applicable only to online orders placed via madebycooper.co.uk & madebycooper.com
- With the exception of any re-order related deals, this promotion is for new orders only and cannot be applied to previously placed orders.
Participation Requirements
- Customers must use the specified promotional codes at checkout to redeem each deal.
- Each promotional code is valid for its specific two-day period and cannot be applied retroactively.

- The following offers are available during the promotion period:
Deal #1 - 50% Extra Pins & Patches
- Participants in deal #1 will receive 50% more pins or patches on orders up to 200 pcs. (Example: order and pay for 200 pieces and receive 300 pieces).

Deal #3 - Free Pin Badges With Baseball Cap Orders
- Participants in deal #3 will receive a free pin badge with every custom baseball cap they order up to 100 pieces. (For example, order 100 custom baseball caps and receive 100 free badges.)
Redeeming The Offer:
- To redeem the offer, participants must place their baseball cap order with Made by Cooper using the code CAPANDPIN at checkout.
- Made by Cooper will manually add the soft enamel pin badge order to the baseball cap order, no other action needs to be taken by the participant.
- Participants will choose their custom logo for their baseball cap, which will also be the design that is manufactured into soft enamel pin badges.
- When sending visuals, Made by Cooper will send a visual for the baseball cap design and a visual for the pin badge design. Both need to be signed off before going into production.
Eligibility:
- Code can be used across multiple orders, but each order must be a different design.
- Pin badge design will match the the design of the baseball cap logo.
- No alternate designs can be used.
- Only soft enamel pin badges are eligible for this promotion.

How To Redeem Deal #7
Log into your Made by Cooper account via the status dashboard. Click on the 'Complete Orders/Order History' section, and locate the order you wish to repeat. Select the reorder button and enter your details.
Add code ENCOREEXTRA+ to the notes sections of the reorder form, and we'll manually add your repeat order to the system with your relevant discount.
Deal #8 - 15% Off All Wooden Products
Participants in deal #8 will receive 15% off orders for our wooden products using code WOOD15.

How To Redeem:
When configuring orders, participants must not select the iron-on backing fixing. Instead, using the promo code during the ordering process will trigger the MbC sales team to add the backing to the order. Selecting iron-on backing during the ordering process will result in participants being charged for the optional extra.

Design Approval
- All designs must be submitted and approved within 30 days of the order placement date to qualify for the promotional offers.
- Failure to approve designs within this timeframe may forfeit the promotional benefit.
